Overview

Samsara is seeking a Mid Market Account Executive to drive sales of their IoT solutions to mid-sized customers. You'll engage with executives and manage complex sales processes. This role requires experience in sales and a strong understanding of IoT applications.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in engaging with mid-sized customers and navigating complex sales cycles. Your experience includes managing trials and negotiations with multiple stakeholders, ensuring that you can effectively communicate the value of IoT solutions to executives and CXOs. You are comfortable with a sales range of $20k to $100k, demonstrating your ability to handle significant deals. You thrive in a remote work environment and are willing to travel approximately 25% of the time to meet clients and close deals. You understand the importance of building relationships and are skilled at fostering trust with potential customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for bringing Samsara's innovative IoT solutions to mid-sized customers. You will work closely with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how Samsara's products can improve their operations. Your responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations, managing proof of concepts, and negotiating pricing with various stakeholders. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. Your goal will be to drive user adoption and satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the growth of Samsara's business in the mid-market segment.
