Hightouch is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales in the West Region. You'll leverage your enterprise sales experience and relationship-building skills to contribute to the company's growth in AI marketing. This role requires a strong understanding of the martech ecosystem.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Hightouch, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product offering — your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and expand our customer base in the West Region. You will identify and engage potential clients, presenting Hightouch's innovative AI platform and demonstrating how it can transform their marketing workflows.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure that our offerings align with customer needs — your insights will help shape product features and enhancements based on market feedback. You will also be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations and presentations, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client — you will leverage your expertise to address objections and highlight the value of our solutions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients will be essential, as you will act as their primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle.

You will track and report on sales metrics, providing regular updates to leadership on your progress and identifying areas for improvement — your analytical skills will help you refine your sales strategies and achieve your targets. Additionally, you will participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote Hightouch and establish connections with potential clients.

What we offer

Hightouch offers a competitive compensation package, including an on-target earnings potential of $300,000 annually, with a base salary of $150,000 — we also provide meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, along with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window. You will have the opportunity to work remotely while being part of a supportive and collaborative team that values innovation and impact.
