Zenoti is seeking a Senior Technical Account Specialist to provide exceptional support for their cloud-based software solutions in the beauty and wellness industry. You'll work closely with clients to ensure they maximize the value of Zenoti's platform. This role requires strong technical acumen and customer service skills.
You have a strong background in technical account management, ideally with experience in SaaS solutions. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, and you thrive in a customer-facing role where you can build lasting relationships. You understand the beauty and wellness industry and are passionate about helping clients succeed with technology. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, and you enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
Experience with cloud-based software solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with the beauty and wellness industry. You have a knack for understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable insights for product teams. Your technical skills may include knowledge of APIs and integrations, which will help you assist clients more effectively.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and help them leverage Zenoti's platform to achieve their goals. This includes onboarding new clients, providing training, and offering ongoing support to ensure they are getting the most out of the software. You will also collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and advocate for their needs in product development discussions.
You will be responsible for monitoring client satisfaction and proactively addressing any issues that arise. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients to assess their usage of the platform and identify opportunities for upselling additional features or services. You will also assist in troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with the support team to resolve them promptly.
