Job Description

Amazon Payment Products BR has the mission to launch and manage payments products that will drive affinity and affordability to our customers.
This role is responsible for managing engagement initiatives for our Co-Branded Credit Card and Buy Now Pay Later customers, and to drive and ensure we are engaging customers with the products and increasing the customer experience. This role is required to serve as a hands-on analyst, resolving escalations and managing Payments' partners and internal clients. It is critical that the successful candidate is able to successfully communicate internally across teams and externally with partners, both written and verbally.
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter that can work independently in a fast paced, ambiguous environment with limited supervision. The candidate must be a fast learner, who can quickly absorb the nuances of Amazon's varied payment offerings as well as the behavior of Amazon's internal systems. The candidate needs to be be analytical in their decision making, with the demonstrated ability to drive issues to completion and have a passion for supplying their clients with data.

Key job responsibilities
- Create go-to-market plan and new features for Amazon Payment Products: gather business requirements, build and deliver against the roadmap, and create & monitor meaningful KPIs.
- Manage external Partner relationship, work on common initiatives, and negotiate terms
- Drive product awareness and adoption: identify marketing opportunities and support the delivery of effective marketing campaigns with internal and external partners.
- Customer research, identify gaps in product/experience offering, and design solutions that address unmet customer needs;
- Lead the daily operations: assess and manage risks, monitor and report on progress with actionable insights, anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, and provide escalation management.- Solid product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Cards, and/or Payment Products.
- Advanced or fluent spoken and written communication in English- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
