Desirable

While not required, experience in a recruiting or administrative role would be a plus. Familiarity with scheduling tools and candidate management systems can help you hit the ground running. A background in human resources or people operations is also beneficial, but your enthusiasm and willingness to learn are what truly matter.

What you'll do

In your role as a Recruiting Coordinator, you will partner with our recruiters to schedule a high volume of candidate interviews, debriefs, and reference checks. You will act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their journey. Your responsibilities will include navigating complex scheduling scenarios to coordinate availability across multiple stakeholders and maintaining a warm and informative communication style.

You will continuously seek ways to improve our recruitment processes in collaboration with other team members. This may involve identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and candidate satisfaction. You will play a key role in ensuring that our recruitment efforts align with Anthropic's mission to create reliable and beneficial AI systems. Your contributions will help us assemble a talented staff that is committed to our goals.
