Overview

Outreach is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to support cross-functional teams and ensure operational excellence. You'll coordinate projects and drive progress within the Product Operations team. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support Product and Engineering as well as cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Business Systems. You will help ensure operational excellence and alignment across your assigned programs. Your responsibilities will include coordinating projects, tracking progress, and ensuring that initiatives are executed effectively. You will work closely with leaders and team members across Outreach, supporting the execution of our core rhythm of business and strategic initiatives. You will help programs land effectively and deliver impact, making your contributions vital to the success of the organization.
