You'll work on projects like improving build times and developing testing frameworks. This role requires a strong technical background in software engineering.
You have a strong educational background with a BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a similar technical field. With extensive experience in software engineering, you understand the intricacies of engineering productivity and have a passion for making every engineer's day-to-day work more productive and enjoyable. You are familiar with Kubernetes deployment and development tooling, and you have a knack for building various software and hardware testing frameworks. Your technical support skills enable you to assist engineers across different teams effectively, fostering a collaborative environment.
Experience with improving build times and dependency management in monorepos is a plus. You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and are eager to contribute to the growth of your team. You thrive in an in-office culture and enjoy working closely with your colleagues to achieve common goals.
In this role, you will define the engineering tooling roadmap, ensuring that all engineers have the tools they need to succeed.
