In this role, you will oversee the Scenario Operations team within the Software Quality Operations (SWQOps) at Waymo. You will be responsible for the scaled delivery and maintenance of simulation-based directed testing coverage, which is essential for evaluating the safety and performance of the Waymo Driver. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure that testing protocols are robust and effective, enabling the safe deployment of autonomous vehicles. Your role will involve analyzing data from simulations and real-world scenarios to identify areas for improvement and to inform strategic decisions. You will also play a key role in the expansion of Waymo's operations into new cities, ensuring that quality and safety remain at the forefront of all initiatives.
