You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with a decade of experience in sales or customer-facing roles. Your background includes at least five years working within early-stage technology companies or the startup ecosystem, where you've honed your ability to manage relationships with cross-functional teams and executives. You possess a strong understanding of accelerators and incubators, and you can create compelling Return on Investment (ROI) value propositions that resonate with stakeholders. Your ability to form working relationships across technical and business functions in multiple companies sets you apart as a leader in this space.
Experience with startups and the startup ecosystem is highly valued, as is a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships. You are adept at navigating complex organizational structures and can effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences. Your analytical skills allow you to assess program performance and identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring that initiatives align with business objectives.
In this role, you will engage with a portfolio of accelerators and incubators to drive pipeline and business growth opportunities for Google Cloud. You will partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, strategy and operations, customer engineering, and marketing, to execute on programs that support startups at various stages of their development. Your responsibilities will include owning program performance tracking and reporting for your region, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with Google Cloud's strategic goals. You will play a key role in understanding the needs of customers and shaping the future of how businesses leverage technology to connect with their stakeholders.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance the value proposition of Google Cloud for startups. This includes identifying key metrics for success and continuously refining approaches based on feedback and performance data. Your ability to foster relationships with external partners will be crucial in expanding Google Cloud's reach within the startup ecosystem.
