Everlaw is seeking a People Operations Program Manager to lead day-to-day operations and enhance the employee experience. This role requires operational excellence and collaboration with various teams to manage the People tech stack.
You have a strong background in people operations, with experience in managing and optimizing operational processes. You understand the importance of creating a seamless and human-centric employee experience, and you thrive in environments where you can make a significant impact. Your operational excellence is complemented by a technical savvy that allows you to navigate and improve the systems that support your team. You possess a service-first mindset, ensuring that every employee has the support they need to excel in their roles. You enjoy diving into the intricacies of organizational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience with People tech stacks and familiarity with HR systems will be advantageous. You are someone who is proactive in seeking out ways to enhance processes and improve the overall employee experience. A background in project management or program management will also be beneficial in this role, as you will be responsible for leading various initiatives within the People Operations team.
In this role, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the People Operations team, ensuring that processes are efficient and effective. You will collaborate closely with the People, Finance, and Legal teams to manage the People tech stack, ensuring that it meets the needs of the organization and its employees. You will be responsible for designing, scaling, and managing the infrastructure that powers the employee experience at Everlaw. This includes optimizing existing processes and implementing new solutions that enhance the overall efficiency of the team. You will play a critical role in ensuring that every Everlawyer has the support they need to do their best work, and you will be instrumental in creating a positive and productive work environment.
