You have at least 4 years of professional experience in a role that involves evaluating and providing feedback on tasks and language relevant to your field. You are comfortable working independently and can manage your time effectively to meet project deadlines. You are eager to learn new skills and contribute to the development of AI models without needing prior AI experience. Your background may include roles that require clear communication and structured feedback, making you well-suited for this position.
Experience in roles that involve operating telephone systems or switchboards is a plus, but not mandatory. Familiarity with AI concepts or a keen interest in technology can enhance your contributions to the project. You are adaptable and open to working on various projects as they become available, demonstrating flexibility in your professional commitments.
