Who you are

You understand the importance of creating a welcoming environment for guests, and you enjoy the satisfaction that comes from seeing a job well done. You are reliable and punctual, with a valid driver’s license, and you are at least 18 years of age. If you are required to drive a company vehicle, you must be at least 21 years old and have been a licensed driver for no less than 3 years. You are comfortable working independently and can manage your time effectively to meet the demands of the job.

Desirable

Experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is a plus, but not required. A willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques and standards is essential. You should be physically capable of performing cleaning tasks, including moving furniture and handling laundry. A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service will set you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for professionally cleaning and maintaining a portfolio of vacation rental properties. Your tasks will include sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and moving furniture to ensure every surface sparkles. You will handle laundry and restock amenities to create a comfortable environment for guests. Additionally, you will maintain hot tubs, with training provided, and identify any maintenance needs or damages that require attention. You will work on a piece rate basis, with compensation ranging from $40 to $405 per unit, averaging $98 per unit. You will also receive $20.50 per hour for paid training, required meetings, and non-post reservation cleans. Your attention to detail will directly impact guests' vacation experiences, making their stay enjoyable and memorable.
