What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee executive protection vendors, ensuring that all services related to executive transportation and residence risk mitigation are performed to the highest standards. You will be responsible for the establishment and administration of OpenAI’s California-licensed PPO, which includes maintaining accurate records and ensuring regulatory readiness. You will serve as the Qualified Manager for the licensed PPO entity, leading training initiatives for armed personnel and ensuring they meet all BSIS-mandated requirements. You will collaborate with the Corporate Security Resilience team and other cross-functional stakeholders to align training and compliance efforts, ensuring that all security operations are effective and efficient. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining operational performance and staffing continuity for executive protection operations, allowing OpenAI to focus on its mission of advancing artificial intelligence responsibly.
