Who you are

You have over 6 years of experience in SAP configuration, particularly in service management, where you've successfully led projects from inception to completion. Your hands-on experience with SAP's Customer Service solution has equipped you with the skills to understand complex business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions. You are a creative thinker who thrives in collaborative environments, and you enjoy the challenge of driving initiatives that make a significant impact on customer service operations.

Your project management skills are complemented by a strong understanding of compliance and fraud control standards, such as Stonehenge and SAP encryption. You have a proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and timelines effectively, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. You are adept at leading integration tests across various systems, ensuring that solutions are robust and meet the needs of all stakeholders.

You are motivated by the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with business units to identify their specific needs and recommend scalable solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders allows you to bridge gaps and foster a collaborative atmosphere.

Desirable

What you'll do
