You have 5+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering, demonstrating a strong ability to take ownership of projects from concept through to production. Your expertise in design tools like AutoCAD and SolidWorks allows you to create innovative solutions that meet stringent safety and performance standards. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers and product managers to ensure that designs are not only functional but also manufacturable. You are adept at problem-solving and can navigate complex design challenges with creativity and technical acumen. Your communication skills enable you to articulate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the development process. What you'll do
