Amazon FBA Program Marketing Manager (Level 5) - Hyderabad, India
Amazon currently seeks a strategic, data-driven Program Marketing Manager to join the Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) team in Hyderabad, India. As a Program Marketing Manager (PMM) for FBA, you will work closely with the EU FBA Business team, based out of Luxembourg, Europe and drive complex marketing initiatives across multiple channels to accelerate FBA adoption and growth across the UK and EU Amazon stores.
Key job responsibilities
• Independently own and execute complex, multi-channel marketing initiatives to drive FBA adoption and FBA commitment of active 3P sellers, while proactively identifying and communicating risks, blockers, and opportunities
• Design and implement scalable marketing strategies and automated processes to manage the growing number of FBA programs across multiple marketplaces.
• Create compelling marketing content and drive experimentation strategy across channels (website, email, social), while managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
• Maintain regular reporting on overall performance of Marketing campaigns, and surface optimization opportunities
• Drive decisions autonomously while demonstrating strong judgment in escalations, and present regular business reviews to leadership with clear recommendations
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Track record of building successful automation mechanisms and scaling marketing operations
• Experience working with European markets and stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority
• MBA or advanced degree in Marketing
- 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Track record of building successful automation mechanisms and scaling marketing operations
