You have experience with office software such as Excel and Google Docs, which will aid you in organizing candidate information and scheduling interviews. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing recruitment needs. Your flexibility in communication allows you to effectively liaise with candidates and operational managers to meet daily hiring goals. You are committed to ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires, guiding them through the selection process and helping them integrate into the team.

Experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to understand the nuances of the hiring process. You are comfortable working under pressure and can achieve daily recruitment targets while maintaining a positive candidate experience. What you'll do

In this role, you will introduce candidates to job positions and manage initial communications, including interview scheduling and onboarding processes. You will coordinate health checks and driving tests as necessary, ensuring that all candidates meet the required standards for the logistics roles. Daily communication with operational managers will be crucial as you assess staffing needs and track recruitment progress. You will play a key role in ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient and responsive to the operational demands of Coupang's logistics services. Your contributions will directly impact the effectiveness of the rocket delivery service, helping to maintain high standards of operational excellence.
