What you'll do

As the Quality Food Safety Area Manager, you will be responsible for executing key strategies to meet quality objectives at the distribution center. You will lead a team of hourly leads and associates, providing coaching and support to ensure their success. Your role includes conducting performance management and ensuring that all required tasks are completed accurately and on time. You will oversee inbound inspections, ensuring they are conducted thoroughly and that any issues are escalated appropriately. You will monitor food safety metrics and ensure compliance with all safety regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that enhance product quality and safety. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of quality and accountability within the team.
