Point72’s Corporate Access team is responsible for ensuring investment teams have the highest quality corporate access offering and services. We collaborate closely with the firm’s investment and compliance professionals, leverage innovative data and technology, and collaborate and foster effective partnerships with external providers. 

What you’ll do

You will support our Corporate Access Sector Heads in facilitating effective communication and engagement between our investment professionals and corporate executives, industry experts, and other important contacts. Specifically, you will:

• Help coordinate conference schedules, ensuring all changes are tracked and meeting requests are cross-checked for accuracy.
• Facilitate logistics for Investor Relations calls, including scheduling, sending calendar invites, and ensuring seamless communication between all parties.
• Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of corporate access opportunities/engagements within assigned sector.
• Accurately enter data into the system and conduct monthly reconciliations of all corporate access-related information to maintain data integrity.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of sell-side contacts and investor relations (IR) contacts, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the team.
• Collaborate closely with investment professionals to improve process related to corporate engagement, customizing processes to meet the unique needs of each team.
• Act as a key contact for both internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely and clear communication of corporate access activities.
• Partner with Compliance to ensure all corporate access activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.

What’s required

• Two or more years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and balance multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with MS Office (Work, Excel and PowerPoint), and aptitude and willingness to learn new systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards

The annual base salary range for this role is $100,000 (USD) , which does not include overtime compensation, discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
