You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector, and are passionate about bringing innovative solutions to mid-sized customers. Your experience includes engaging with multiple stakeholders and navigating complex negotiations, particularly in the public sector. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by the opportunity to make a real-world impact through technology. You are comfortable working remotely and have the ability to manage your time effectively to meet sales targets. You understand the importance of building relationships with clients and are skilled at communicating the value of IoT solutions to diverse audiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of Samsara's IoT solutions to mid-sized public sector customers. You will identify potential clients, conduct outreach, and build relationships with key decision-makers. Your typical sales will range from $20k to $250k, requiring you to manage proof of concepts and engage with multiple stakeholders throughout the sales process. You will negotiate pricing and terms, ensuring that you align with the needs of your clients while achieving your sales goals. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and that you are equipped with the necessary resources to succeed. Your efforts will contribute to the overall growth of Samsara's business and help transform the operations of industries that are critical to our economy.
