What you'll do

As the Quality Control Line Lead, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Inspection Center. This includes overseeing the movement of vehicles for repairs and ensuring that production and quality goals are consistently met. You will engage with your team to provide guidance and support, helping them to develop their skills and improve their performance. Regularly assessing team dynamics and implementing strategies for improvement will be key to your success in this role. You will also be responsible for maintaining safety standards and ensuring that all processes align with Carvana's commitment to quality.
