What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Bid Operations, you will shape and lead the proposal function at Edmentum. You will oversee the entire bid process, from intake and qualification to submission and post-mortem analysis, ensuring that all proposals reflect the company's mission and values. You will establish and maintain best practices and workflows to drive quality and efficiency across the team. Your role will involve evaluating resource needs and managing staffing to ensure that the bid operations team is well-equipped to meet business demands. You will collaborate with senior leaders to drive cross-functional process improvements and ensure that all stakeholders have access to necessary information and content management systems. You will champion a culture of operational excellence and innovation within the team.
