Handshake is seeking First-Line Supervisors of Firefighting and Prevention Workers to contribute to an AI research project. You'll leverage your professional experience to evaluate AI models and provide feedback. No AI experience is required for this remote role.
You have at least 4 years of professional experience in firefighting and prevention, with a strong understanding of the responsibilities involved in supervising and coordinating activities in this field. Your background equips you to evaluate and train AI models effectively, ensuring they understand the nuances of your workplace tasks and language. You are comfortable working independently and can manage your time flexibly, averaging 5-20 hours per week on this project. You are open to learning new skills and contributing to the development of AI applications in your area of expertise.
Experience in training and conducting drills for firefighting and prevention workers is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to provide structured feedback to AI models. Familiarity with AI concepts, while not required, can be beneficial as you engage with the project.
