What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at Cribl, you will play a crucial role in the sales process by helping customers understand the value of our products. You will conduct product demonstrations and answer customer questions during initial sales calls, ensuring they have a clear understanding of how Cribl can meet their data needs. You will support customers during proof of concept sessions, guiding them through the process and addressing any concerns they may have. Your ability to document interesting use cases will contribute to our knowledge base and help other customers see the potential of our solutions. You will collaborate closely with the sales team and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
