You have a proven track record in sales management, with experience leading teams to exceed sales goals. Your ability to recruit, hire, and develop a solid Account Executive team is essential, as you focus on inbound sales and the growth of existing accounts. You understand the importance of monitoring employee productivity and motivating your team to achieve daily and monthly targets. Your expertise in CRM management, particularly with Salesforce, ensures that accurate and complete information is captured, allowing for effective sales pipeline management.
