MongoDB is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead and grow their Customer Success program in Seoul. You'll be responsible for developing talent and enhancing customer retention and satisfaction. This role requires 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a preference for candidates familiar with MongoDB or similar database technologies.
You have over 10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, particularly in complex technical environments. Your background includes at least 3 years in a managerial or team lead role, where you've successfully supported large enterprises. You are passionate about hiring, developing, and managing a team of individual contributors, ensuring their success is your top priority. Previous hands-on experience with MongoDB or other database technologies is highly preferred, as is a proven track record in crafting initiatives that enhance customer retention and happiness.
You thrive in a people-oriented environment and have a strong ability to coach and mentor team members. Your leadership style is focused on developing skills and fostering career growth within your team. You understand the importance of customer adoption and are skilled at identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to navigate complex customer journeys and drive impactful results.
Experience in a hybrid working model is a plus, as is familiarity with technical account management or enterprise architecture. You are adept at creating and executing strategies that align with customer success goals and have a keen understanding of how to measure and improve customer satisfaction.
