Saviynt is seeking an Onboarding Sales Enablement Specialist to design and deliver a comprehensive onboarding program for their Go-To-Market teams. This role focuses on equipping new hires with essential product knowledge and sales skills to ensure their success.
You have a strong background in sales enablement and onboarding, ideally with experience in technology or SaaS environments. You understand the importance of a well-structured onboarding process and have a track record of designing effective training programs that enhance team performance. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to convey complex information in an accessible manner. You are proactive and detail-oriented, ensuring that all aspects of the onboarding experience are meticulously planned and executed. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to align onboarding initiatives with business goals. You are adaptable and can pivot quickly in response to feedback or changing business needs.
In this role, you will take ownership of the onboarding experience for new hires across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales Development teams. You will design and implement a comprehensive onboarding program that includes training materials, workshops, and ongoing support to ensure new employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, continuously refining the onboarding process to enhance its effectiveness. You will also track the progress of new hires, providing mentorship and support during their initial days to help them acclimate to the company culture and expectations. Your role will involve creating engaging content and resources that facilitate learning and retention, ensuring that new team members feel confident and prepared to contribute to their teams.
