You have extensive experience as an Identity Architect, particularly with Microsoft identity systems, and possess a strong technical background that allows you to bridge the gap between engineering, product, and sales teams. Your expertise in Active Directory and Azure AD is complemented by a solid understanding of identity recovery solutions. You thrive in customer-facing roles, translating complex technical challenges into actionable insights that drive product development. You are adept at leading proofs of concept and ensuring that solutions meet customer needs effectively. Your ability to collaborate with various teams and communicate technical concepts clearly makes you a valuable asset in any project.

Experience with hybrid identity solutions and a strong awareness of competitor products will set you apart. Familiarity with data security products and resilience strategies is also beneficial. What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with Sales Engineering teams to support customer proofs of concept, pilots, and technical evaluations of Rubrik’s identity resilience and data security products. You will serve as the product expert and technical subject matter expert on Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, and identity recovery solutions. Your responsibilities will include defining success criteria for customer engagements and ensuring that the technical aspects of our identity solutions are validated and ready for deployment. You will work directly with customers to understand their challenges and translate these into product requirements that align with Rubrik’s roadmap. Your hands-on approach will be crucial in driving the technical success of our identity solutions across Microsoft environments.
