Job Description

A Amazon Brasil está em busca de um(a) profissional sênior e analítico(a) para atuar como contribuidor(a) individual em nosso time de Capacity Planning em Transportes. Nesta posição, você será responsável por executar e otimizar estratégias de planejamento de capacidade, combinando expertise em supply chain com análise avançada de dados.

Como contribuidor(a) individual, você terá a oportunidade de transformar a maneira como planejamos e otimizamos nossa rede logística, utilizando técnicas avançadas de analytics, simulação e inteligência artificial para tomar decisões estratégicas que impactam diretamente a experiência dos nossos clientes.

Key job responsibilities
• Executar o planejamento de capacidade de transportes a curto, médio e longo prazo
• Desenvolver e manter modelos preditivos e simulações para otimização de recursos
• Criar análises detalhadas e recomendações baseadas em dados
• Monitorar KPIs de capacidade e propor ações corretivas
• Automatizar processos e desenvolver ferramentas analíticas para maior eficiência
• Colaborar com times multifuncionais (Operações, BI, Finance) para atingir objetivos estratégicos
• Conduzir análises ad-hoc para suporte à tomada de decisão- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or equivalent
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Stakeholder or account management experience- Knowledge of optimization mathematics such as linear programming and nonlinear optimization
- Knowledge of AWS or cloud computing
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, finance, supply chain, logistics, computer science or equivalent
- Experience with machine learning and AI applied to supply chain
- MBA or postgraduate degree in related fields
- Previous experience in e-commerce or logistics companies
