Venn is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to tackle complex challenges and implement innovative solutions for their B2B fintech platform. You'll work closely with the founders and internal teams to enhance product quality and drive business outcomes. This role requires 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a startup or consulting.
You have 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a high-growth startup, management consulting, or investment banking. Your analytical nature and hyper-logical thinking enable you to tackle complex problems effectively. You have a solid track record of taking ownership and leading projects from inception to completion, demonstrating your ability to drive results.
You thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable working directly with founders to set and meet operational KPIs. Your experience in building and optimizing scalable processes will be crucial as Venn continues its hyper-growth trajectory. You are adept at analyzing data and providing meaningful insights to internal teams, particularly in enhancing customer experience.
Experience at an early-stage or fast-growing startup is a plus, as is familiarity with the fintech sector. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL will help you in your analytical tasks, allowing you to extract and interpret data effectively.
In this role, you will tackle some of the toughest challenges facing the company across various areas, including operations, go-to-market strategies, and partnerships. You will develop and implement innovative solutions aimed at increasing the quality of Venn's products and ensuring positive business outcomes. Working closely with the founders, you will help set operational KPIs and ensure they are met.
Your responsibilities will include building and optimizing scalable processes to support Venn's rapid growth. You will analyze data to provide insights that will inform product improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.
