What you'll do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Verdance, you will join a small team working in Congress to support and modernize critical tools used by legislative staff. Your role will involve collaborating with various government agencies to build high-quality digital public services that enhance user experience. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications that meet the needs of legislative staff, ensuring that they have the tools necessary to perform their duties effectively. You will work closely with product and design teams to define modernization strategies, contributing your technical expertise to create solutions that are both innovative and practical.

You will also engage in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing is encouraged. Your ability to navigate the complexities of government technology will be crucial as you help drive projects from conception through to deployment.
