Brex is seeking a BizOps Lead for their Business Development team to ensure the success of strategic partnerships. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and operational expertise.
You have a strong background in business operations, ideally with experience in a fast-paced environment where you have successfully partnered with business development teams. Your ability to navigate complex partnerships and drive operational excellence is key to your success. In this role, you will serve as the primary Business Operations partner to Brex’s Business Development organization, working closely with external partners and internal teams to ensure the success of strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies that support the business development team in achieving its goals. This includes analyzing data to inform decision-making, optimizing processes to enhance efficiency, and ensuring that all operational aspects of partnerships are executed flawlessly. You will collaborate with product, design, engineering, and customer success teams to align on objectives and drive initiatives forward. Your role will also involve monitoring the performance of partnerships and providing insights to improve outcomes. You will lead efforts to streamline operations, ensuring that the business development team has the resources and support needed to succeed.
