You have at least 2 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment, where you've honed your skills in managing various administrative tasks such as travel management, expense reports, and calendar management. You possess the ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders, including leaders and team members, which is essential for success in this role. As a forward-looking thinker, you actively seek opportunities and propose solutions to enhance team efficiency. Your communication and collaboration skills allow you to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across various job functions. You excel at managing multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently while remaining proactive and solution-oriented. Working within a team environment, you maintain high individual productivity and contribute positively to team dynamics.

What you'll do

As an Administrative Business Partner, you will be at the heart of your team's business operations and activities, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. You will anticipate the needs of your managers and team members, helping them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest Google products and services, using that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. You will demonstrate organizational skills by prioritizing tasks with precision and detail, even in ambiguous and fast-moving environments. Additionally, you will maintain the highest standards of confidentiality in line with Google policies and procedures. You will participate actively as a member of the Global Partnerships ABP Community, contributing to site and culture initiatives that foster a positive work environment.
