HubSpot is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their NAM Solutions Engineering team. You'll act as a trusted advisor to customers, driving complex pre-sales engagements and collaborating closely with Account Executives. This role requires strong problem-solving skills in customer-facing environments.
You have a strong background in technical sales and customer engagement, ideally with experience in a solutions engineering role. You thrive in environments where you can solve complex business problems with technology, and you enjoy collaborating with diverse teams to drive successful outcomes. Your ability to bring structure to ambiguity makes you a valuable partner in the sales process, and you are comfortable navigating multi-phase sales cycles involving various stakeholders.
You understand the importance of building trust and psychological safety within teams, and you appreciate the value of diverse perspectives in sparking innovation. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to Account Executives, collaborating closely to drive complex sales engagements. You will own pre-sales activities, working with prospects to understand their needs and demonstrate how HubSpot's solutions can address their challenges. Your role will involve preparing and delivering product demonstrations, responding to RFPs, and providing technical expertise throughout the sales process.
You will engage with various teams, including Services Consultants, Solutions Partners, and Security, to ensure a seamless experience for customers. Your ability to translate technical information into business value will be crucial in helping prospects understand the benefits of HubSpot's offerings. You will also contribute to the development of sales materials and resources that support the team in achieving their goals.
