What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the product management efforts at Xepelin, focusing on developing innovative financial solutions that meet the needs of businesses across Latin America. You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and ensuring that the development team has a clear understanding of the product vision. Your leadership will guide the team in creating products that not only meet market demands but also exceed customer expectations.

You will collaborate closely with the data team to leverage insights from over a million businesses within Xepelin's network, using this data to inform product decisions and enhance the overall user experience. Your role will involve conducting user research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, as well as analyzing market trends to stay ahead of the competition.

As a Lead Product Manager, you will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team. You will work with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that product initiatives align with business objectives and contribute to Xepelin's mission of transforming business finance.
