Asana is seeking a Business Transformation and Strategy Lead to architect internal success and drive long-range growth strategy. Who you are

You have a strong background in business transformation and strategy, with experience in organizational design and resource allocation. You excel at leading change management initiatives and have a proven track record of supporting high-impact programs that drive strategic shifts within an organization. Your ability to partner with cross-functional teams, including People and Finance, allows you to translate vision into executable growth strategies effectively.

You are skilled in long-range planning and understand how to align internal resources with corporate priorities. Your analytical mindset enables you to conduct bespoke analyses that inform decision-making and drive organizational success. You thrive in high-visibility roles and are comfortable navigating complex organizational dynamics to achieve results.

Desirable

Experience in a technology-driven environment is a plus, as is familiarity with hybrid work models and global team dynamics. You are passionate about building a culture of belonging and driving positive change within the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with leadership to architect the organizational design and internal operating models necessary for executing corporate priorities.
