Overview

NextRoll is seeking a Revenue Enablement Specialist to support onboarding program execution and content creation. You'll work with Highspot and collaborate with various teams to enhance training materials. This temporary role is ideal for detail-oriented candidates.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a detail-oriented and execution-focused professional with experience in revenue enablement. You thrive in hands-on roles where you can bring structure to enablement programs and create clear, usable training materials. Your ability to support customer-facing teams through high-quality onboarding and learning experiences sets you apart. You understand the importance of maintaining and organizing enablement content, ensuring resources are easy to find and aligned with current messaging and processes.

Desirable

Experience with CMS tools, particularly Highspot, is a plus. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Revenue Enablement, Product Marketing, and Sales/CS stakeholders, to incorporate updates into training materials. You are adaptable and open to learning, even if you don't meet every requirement listed.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the delivery, iteration, and ongoing maintenance of the onboarding program, ensuring that new hires have a consistent and effective ramp experience. You will maintain, organize, and improve enablement content within the CMS, ensuring that resources are up to date and aligned with current messaging and processes. You will create and update enablement materials such as onboarding modules, training decks, job aids, and self-serve resources. Additionally, you will partner with various stakeholders to incorporate updates to products, messaging, and processes into training materials, supporting ad-hoc enablement as needed.
