Wizeline is seeking a Marketing Delivery Lead/Content Manager to oversee the delivery of marketing content and operational materials. You'll manage multiple projects using Agile methodologies and ensure high-quality delivery. This role requires experience in project management and content types.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in managing multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity, size, and type — you excel in planning, executing, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet predefined objectives, deadlines, and budgets. Your experience includes managing the delivery of marketing content and operational materials, driving successful execution by proactively identifying and resolving project risks, challenges, and bottlenecks to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. You are proficient in Agile delivery methodologies and understand and apply Agile philosophy, including respect, collaboration, improvement, continuous learning, focus on value delivery, and adaptability. You have a solid grasp of Kanban project phases, including Backlog, Ready, Create/Review, Copy Edit, In Lit Review, Revisions, Record Keeping, Channel Build/Deploy, and Deploy. Your knowledge of various content types, such as Emails, Events, Presentations, Print, Social, Video, Web articles, Web Pages, and Webinars, is extensive, allowing you to manage diverse marketing initiatives effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of marketing content and operational materials, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and meet the highest standards. You will manage daily stand-ups, reviewing Kanban boards, discussing status updates, and addressing any roadblocks that may arise. Your ability to drive successful execution will be crucial as you identify and resolve project risks and challenges proactively. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. Your expertise in Agile methodologies will guide your approach to project management, enabling you to adapt to changing priorities and deliver value consistently. You will also play a key role in mentoring team members, sharing best practices, and contributing to the overall growth of the marketing team.
