You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 10 years of experience in consulting, IT services, or a related field. Your background includes leading cloud migrations and digital implementations, showcasing your ability to manage complex projects effectively. You possess a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud-native applications development, which allows you to provide valuable insights to clients. With an advanced degree in Management, Technical, or Engineering fields, you bring a strong educational foundation to your role. Your experience in customer-facing roles spans over 15 years, demonstrating your ability to build relationships and trust with clients. You have successfully led enterprise organizations through significant transformations, helping them transition from legacy systems to digital-native operations in the public cloud.
You are knowledgeable about the Google Cloud ecosystem and have experience with data center migration strategies. Your ability to collaborate with channel partners and systems integrators enhances your effectiveness in delivering solutions to clients. You are skilled at helping customers evaluate investments in new technologies based on expected value and return on investment (ROI).
As a Senior Consulting Account Lead at Google, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers, enabling them to utilize Google Cloud products to achieve their business objectives. You will partner with clients to develop comprehensive cloud success plans that encompass organizational, programmatic, and technical strategies tailored to their specific needs. Your role involves working closely with customers to identify and remove organizational and technical barriers that may hinder their cloud adoption. You will also seek opportunities to expand their use of Google Cloud products, ensuring they maximize the value derived from their investments.
In this position, you will guide IT and business executives through the necessary organizational changes to unlock the full potential of the cloud. You will assist them in staffing, training, and aligning their teams and partners to effectively deliver on their cloud transformation initiatives.
