Pathward is hiring an IT Support professional to provide technology services and support to the organization. You'll be the first point of contact for IT support requests and help resolve hardware, software, and network issues. You are an entry-level IT professional eager to start your career in technology support. You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable interacting with users via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems. You have a basic understanding of hardware, software, and network issues, and you are ready to learn and grow in a supportive environment. You are detail-oriented and can accurately log, prioritize, and manage support requests. You thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere and are committed to delivering excellent service to your colleagues.
In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for all IT support requests, ensuring that users receive timely assistance. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve common hardware, software, and network issues, helping to maintain a smooth operation within the organization. You will accurately log and prioritize support requests, managing them through the ticketing system to ensure that all issues are addressed promptly. You will collaborate with your team to deliver technology services that meet the needs of the organization, contributing to a positive user experience.
