Job Description

Amazon is seeking a dynamic professional to join our growing Seller Experience team in Brazil as a Program Manager. In this impactful role, you will drive initiatives that enhance the experience of millions of small and medium-sized businesses selling on our platform. Leveraging strong analytical capabilities, you'll develop and implement solutions that help sellers launch, grow, and succeed in the digital marketplace. The position requires a detail-oriented professional who can conduct comprehensive data analysis, evaluate existing processes, and propose strategic improvements to streamline seller operations. Working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders, you'll maintain a deep understanding of seller needs and market dynamics, spearheading initiatives that drive business growth and seller satisfaction in the Brazilian market.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of seller-focused solutions and tools in Brazil
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to generate actionable insights that enhance seller experience
- Identify opportunities and propose strategic improvements to streamline seller operations
- Serve as a key point of contact for multiple stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships across teams
- Monitor and analyze seller performance metrics to guide strategic decisions
- Drive initiatives that directly impact seller growth and satisfaction
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new seller features
- Evaluate and optimize existing tools and processes to enhance seller efficiency

About the team
Our Seller Experience team is on a mission to empower millions of small and medium-sized businesses to succeed in the digital marketplace. We're a diverse group of innovators who develop and optimize products, tools, and services that help entrepreneurs launch, manage, and scale their businesses on Amazon. Through data-driven insights and creative problem-solving, we continuously enhance our solutions to simplify complex operations for our sellers. We're proud to support business owners in focusing on what truly matters – growing their ventures and delighting customers.- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- 3+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
