Five9 is seeking a Benefits Program Manager to design and optimize global benefit programs. You'll manage projects and enhance employee communication regarding benefits. This role requires strong program management skills and analytical capabilities.

Who you are

You have a strong background in program management, with experience in designing and optimizing benefits programs. Your analytical skills allow you to translate complex benefits topics into clear, employee-centric communications. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally to ensure alignment with Total Rewards strategy and business needs. You are passionate about fostering an inclusive workplace and understand the importance of diversity in driving innovation and success. You are adept at managing multiple complex initiatives and can balance timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively with employees about benefits is a key strength.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead benefits projects from concept through delivery, applying best practices in program governance and risk management. You will co-lead the United States open enrollment process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery and implementation of benefits programs. You will develop and maintain policy documents and benefits content, ensuring that employees have access to clear and comprehensive information about their benefits. You will drive program evolution through market insights and benchmarking, continuously seeking ways to enhance the employee experience. Your role will involve engaging with vendors and managing relationships to ensure the successful implementation of benefits initiatives. You will also be responsible for balancing multiple initiatives, ensuring they align with the overall Total Rewards strategy.
