You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing leaders. You are comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and have a knack for leading initiatives across different regions. Your analytical mindset helps you measure the success of executive engagements and adjust strategies accordingly.

Desirable

Experience in customer marketing or executive engagement programs is a plus. Familiarity with process intelligence technology or similar fields will help you understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this role. What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Executive Programs, you will take ownership of planning and executing multiple executive initiatives from concept to delivery. You will work closely with the Director of Executive Programs to shape and operationalize the global strategy, ensuring that each engagement delivers measurable business impact. Your role will involve designing tailored experiences that foster peer exchange and thought leadership among senior executives. You will act as a trusted interface between Celonis leadership and C-level customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they see the value in our offerings. You will lead complex programs across regions, coordinating efforts and resources to achieve strategic growth and pipeline acceleration. Your ability to analyze program effectiveness will be crucial in refining our approach and maximizing the impact of our executive engagements.
