Xometry is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead initiatives in building and maintaining features for their buyer experience organization. You'll work closely with product managers and engineers to enhance the online custom manufacturing experience. This role requires at least 6 years of software development experience.
You have at least 6 years of experience in software development, particularly in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. Your background includes hands-on technical leadership, where you adopt a 'lead by example' approach by actively coding and troubleshooting. You are passionate about mentoring and guiding engineers on your team, helping them grow their skills through teaching and code reviews. You understand the importance of operational excellence and strive to deliver superior software that meets and exceeds customer expectations while aligning with strategic business timelines.
You have experience in leading initiatives that involve building new features and maintaining existing systems.
