Amazon is seeking an Investigation Specialist to join their Transaction Risk Management Team in Hyderabad. You'll be responsible for investigating suspicious activities and ensuring the safety of ecommerce transactions. This role requires strong analytical skills and a customer-driven mindset.

You thrive in a fast-paced team environment and possess excellent judgment to plan and accomplish goals independently. Your analytical skills enable you to investigate and eliminate ecommerce risks effectively. You have experience in the ecommerce payments space and previous trust and safety experience, making you well-suited for this role. You are capable of engaging in frequent written and verbal communication with various stakeholders, ensuring that you can articulate findings and collaborate effectively.
As an Investigation Specialist at Amazon, you will be responsible for investigating suspicious activities and behaviors that could pose a risk to Amazon or its customers in global markets. You will utilize your analytical skills to authenticate customers and complex transactions, making decisions independently with a high degree of accuracy. Your role will involve engaging with department management, risk analysts, risk engineers, and other associates to accomplish departmental goals. You will be evaluated on your productivity and quality assurance, contributing to the overall development of the department. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential risks, analyzing transaction patterns, and implementing strategies to mitigate those risks effectively.
