Fresha is seeking a Partner Onboarding Specialist in Manilla who will ensure quality and accuracy in onboarding new partners to the Fresha Ecosystem. This role requires strong communication skills in Bahasa Malay/Indonesia and a proactive approach to customer service.
You are an exceptional communicator fluent in Bahasa Malay or Indonesian, with a passion for customer service and onboarding processes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working autonomously while tackling challenges head-on. Your attention to detail ensures that data migration for new partners is accurate and efficient, contributing to the overall success of the Fresha Ecosystem.
You have a proactive mindset and are eager to make an impact within a growing team. Your ability to collaborate effectively with various teams, including Business Development and Account Management, allows you to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all partners. You are adaptable and ready to embrace the changes that come with rapid expansion.
Experience in customer service or onboarding roles is a plus, as is familiarity with beauty and wellness industries. A background in data management or operations can also enhance your effectiveness in this role.
As a Partner Onboarding Specialist at Fresha, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new partners joining the Fresha Ecosystem. You will work closely with the Professional Services Team Lead to ensure that all data is accurately migrated and that partners receive the support they need during their transition.
Your role will involve engaging with partners through inbound and outbound channels, providing them with the necessary resources and guidance to successfully integrate into the Fresha platform. You will monitor the onboarding process, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring that partners feel supported throughout their journey.
Collaboration is key in this position, as you will liaise with various teams to streamline processes and improve the onboarding experience. You will also contribute to the development of onboarding materials and resources, helping to create a comprehensive support system for new partners.
