You are adaptable and willing to work during fixed night IST hours, demonstrating your commitment to providing excellent support. In this role, you will work closely with Fivetran customers to ensure timely resolution of reported incidents. You will act as a technical champion for customers, guiding them through troubleshooting processes and providing solutions to their issues.
