Who you are

You have a strong background in technical training and certification, with experience in creating engaging learning environments for diverse audiences. Your ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts makes you an effective communicator, whether in person or online. You have experience integrating RESTful APIs into web applications, which allows you to provide practical insights to learners. Your familiarity with online and in-person payments, subscriptions, and card issuing enhances your understanding of the financial technology landscape. As a subject matter expert in relevant industries, you are well-equipped to guide learners through their journey with Stripe's offerings.

Desirable

Experience with public speaking and a passion for teaching others are highly valued. Familiarity with Stripe's products and services will give you an edge in this role, as you will be helping learners navigate the platform effectively. A background in software engineering or related fields will also be beneficial, as you will be working closely with technical teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on developing and maintaining the technical platform that supports the Global Training & Certification program. You will work on stripe.training and the infrastructure behind it, ensuring that learners have access to the resources they need to succeed. Your projects will involve collaborating with user-facing technical teams to identify the most important use cases for our audience. You will create hands-on practice environments that allow learners to engage with Stripe's offerings in a meaningful way. Your work will directly contribute to the growth of a community of trusted professionals who are proficient in using Stripe's platform.

You will also be responsible for gathering feedback from learners and stakeholders to continuously improve the training materials and environments. By analyzing user engagement and success metrics, you will help shape the future of the training program. Your role will require you to stay updated on the latest trends in financial technology and training methodologies, ensuring that our offerings remain relevant and effective.
