What you'll do

As a Threat Analyst at Sophos, your primary responsibility will be to conduct security threat analysis on various malware and web attacks. You will tune a customer-wide event stream, ensuring that all major events are accurately captured and analyzed. You will serve as the first point of contact for customer interactions, emphasizing professionalism and customer satisfaction in every engagement. Your role will involve coordinating with Incident Response and Product Support teams to ensure a seamless flow of information and effective resolution of security incidents. You will also apply Sophos internal intelligence and other resources to enhance your threat analysis capabilities, contributing to the overall security posture of our clients.
