Overview

Behavox is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive customer value and ensure zero churn. You'll leverage business acumen to help customers achieve their KPIs and expand business through upsells.

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally with experience in a technology-driven environment. Your ability to build relationships and understand customer needs is paramount, as you will be responsible for ensuring that customers derive maximum value from the solutions provided. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders. You are data-driven, using metrics to guide your decisions and measure success. Your proactive approach enables you to identify opportunities for upselling and expansion within your customer base. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support.

Desirable

Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools. A background in enterprise risk management or compliance can also be beneficial, as it aligns with the mission of Behavox to help businesses manage their data effectively.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Behavox, you will be at the forefront of ensuring customer satisfaction and success. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate high ROI for your customers, ensuring they achieve their business goals through the effective use of our data operating platform. You will coordinate the end-to-end execution of functional deliverables during the delivery stage, setting customers up for long-term success. After the go-live phase, your focus will shift to measuring the success of the program and guiding customers on how to maximize their investment. You will work closely with customers to craft their KPIs and ensure they are aligned with their business objectives. Your role will also involve identifying opportunities for upselling and expanding your book of business, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
